Rss Feeds

Start with this page –

Where the object is to find a rss feed that can be read by something – where the reader is no longer available. – anyway.

Although complicated, wouldn’t be good if there was an index of both a post date and a modified date – which was made automatically?

There is –

But anyway, how about PHP –

How about – date_default_timezone_set(‘America/New_York’);

I know that PHP can do something else too. What was it?

file_put_contents(‘/home/zero/practice/ohhai.xml’, $writeitem, FILE_APPEND);

oh. -so:

$writeitem = $listpost . $listTitle . $listlink . $idk . $listdate . $author . $guid . $endstring;

I have never seen anything like this in my life:

$ids = array();
while($row = $PTH->fetch()) {
                $ids[] = $row;

    foreach ($ids as list($a)) {
    /// whatever

Then use the variable $a – nope. There is a bigger mystery here.

I want to use the icon maker but where in the world is:

So I tried google and:

I found this

lol alright.

So theirs works and mine doesn’t. mmm… then copy this feed mechanics –

The date has to be formatted exactly or it cant be read – anyhow. lol

$pubDate = date(‘D d M Y h:i:s T’, strtotime($result [“post_modified”]))

And that will do! YaY. – yes it will.

I think this is the most difficult part where the web-server does not render the document but sends it :

RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^feed [L,R=301]
RewriteRule ^rss [L,R=301]
RewriteRule ^feeds [L,R=301]
DirectoryIndex login.php
AddType application/rss+xml .xml

The specified type is “application” – a more terrifying version of events. the difference is lousy – and the answer is terribly terribly difficult. so – until we have it:

write it carefully to the index – all the while:

link rel=”alternate” type=”application/rss+xml” title=”WEEDBOX News» Feed” href=””

you could be slovenly too. you know. -or wear cindy’s clothes. +++
