Early Soup
Stuff:
- 1 can of peas
- pepper
- salt
- mustard
- valerian root
Boil peas. Smash peas to blender like texture. add more pepper than salt. add one 1/4 teaspoon of dry mustard. add one 1/4 teaspoon of dry valerian root. valerian is weird all by itself, put slightly more water than mashables. If you are so convinced after trying it once.. otherwise, instead of the pepper and mustard try a custom hot sauce blend. It has a reaction all of its own.
Very very hungry? so hungry you cant stand the people around you? there is a reason, keep your eyes sharp. This is a very good soup. I dont know really why but it is while the valerian root will try to cover this up – for good.
Egg Noodles
Stuff:
- One large pack of Egg Noodles – U
- Butter
- Parmesan Cheese
Boil noodles; add butter when complete. Top with Parmesan Cheese. This recipe is strangely satisfying in one go; and is also very appetizing in five. gos`. lol
The Ocean

Stuff:
- At least one fish from the beach
- A steak
- A few store bought shrimp
- Live crabs
- Live Oysters
- Fresh or dried Basil
- Fresh or dried Cilantro
- Fresh Hot pepper
- Charcoal briquettes
- Butter
- Garilc
- Lemon
- One baking potato
- Hush puppies $$
- Hard liquor $$

So you caught an Ocean fish? Eat it. take care – use the barbecue grill instead of the oven. Its a mess waiting to happen – but a delicacy – (sushi). Since nobody knows for sure where the frozen fish are in the grocery store – boil ocean fish for only a few minutes. Prepare butter, garlic and lemon – or old bay – in a side dish. The kippers are good with strong alcoholic beverages (moonshine)
Now the hard part. The smoky flavor is incomparable and will send you to bed – so cut the tail off – cut the head off – and cut the bottom portion so that all – all – of the gut is removed. (blimey) Fish guts are so nasty for so many days it has its own name.
So, stuff the fish with the basil, cilantro and hot pepper – cover it with a thin layer of butter; like greasing a potato. Lay directly onto the coals with all that stuffed in it – turning frequently until the meat is stiff – and not pinky anymore than need be.
So something happened there – and you may have missed it. The steak – Beef steak is critical. Cook the beef steak directly on the coals (small) coated in barbecue sauce. Now use the space of steak to put the fish on – that was just in the ocean –
This is so weird – Some times – eating wild game requires other wild game – Live crabs or live oysters. And store bought shrimp. Remove the shrimp heads and some of the legs and boil them the same way. Live shrimp are so good generally you would want to eat them right now – same with crab – no matter what mess you have in the kitchen over them.

A potato is to remind you how good they are with salt, pepper and butter. Or an Italian bread – so you know what to look for – If you didn’t think of this either – pour a small amount of melted butter on the steak – covering the fish, oysters, steak, shrimp and crab – altogether. I always thought lobster bisque is rather strange but dont waste anything you caught live because you dont have the other – decree.
Chili day
- One or two cans of chili
- Ground Hamburger meat or Ground Turkey meat
- Saltine crackers
- Hot peppers
Add hamburger and hot peppers to a can of chili and eat it with crackers.
Vietnam dragon soup day
- Banh pho noodles from international foods isle
- Beef or turkey
- Wakame seeweed soup mix
- Hot peppers
Dont try to understand Chineese cooking – boil water. done. Add a very small portion of beef or chicken so that you can see a thin film of grease. Then add the noodles – depending on how heavy they are in the beef water – is how long you should cook them. Then add a hot pepper and the wakame soup mix – it was very satisfying. lol
Cheap Chicken
Stuff:
- Kikkoman – Sweet & Sour
- Sun Luck – Thai peanut sauce
- Jasmine Rice
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1 fresh brocoli stalk
Boil frozen chicken breasts. Cut into strips with scissors. lol Boil rice. Combine 1/4 stick of butter after rice is cooked. Cut tops of broccoli into small bits with scissors. Boil broccoli bits. Add cooked chicken and broccoli to rice and butter. Add large portion of Kikkoman Sweet & sour sauce. (sunluckfoods.com) also makes a peanut sauce that is delicous. This turns out well and is very tasty, for more than 4 days (note that nearly all of the pastes and prepared foods are discontinued) Playing with Jasmine rice you might also imagine what else could go – on top – or only a single habenero pepper.
London Broil
Stuff:
- 1 london broil steak
- potato
- green squash
- yellow squash
- McCormick Grill Mates Mesquite
- garlic powder
- salt
Poke potato with holes. Grease. Cook potato in oven for 30 minutes on 400 while preparing meat. Batter meat with fork. Do not to pound. Shake small bit of garlic powder, not garlic salt or garlic clove on meat. spread evenly. add small bit of salt. Next, get McCormick Grill Mates and apply slightly more than very light covering of garlic powder and salt. Put steak on pan with sides. Cook the steak in the oven on 450 or so turning every 3 minutes. Steak only takes 10 minutes.
Bottom Round Roast –
Stuff:
- One large bottom round roast (2 lbs)
- Red Wine (Louis Jadot)
- Betty Crocker Scalloped Potatoes
- Betty Crocker Mashed Potatoes
- Stove top stuffing mix
- Jiffy Cornbread Mix
A good round roast needs no seasoning and is categorically delicious. Always get one when the price is reduced or otherwise marked down. Cut the round roast into 1/2 lb portions. Eat the entire roast during 4 days. Simple and easy side dishes now only take a few minutes to do. While the roast takes about an hour at 425. alright.
Roast Chicken
Stuff:
- One chicken
- Riesling Auslese Import Wine
- Betty Crocker Mashed Potatoes
- Stove top stuffing mix
- Basil leaves
- Chicken or Beef Gravy mix
- Salt
Be very cautious of using new oven. Or Wangled oven. Throw salt into oven. Preheat oven. Wash cicken in water. Make SURE there is no drift from a lighting storm while covering a hand. ?? – Coat chicken with salt or put near sun. lol Stuff chicken with uncooked stuffing. Step back from chicken. Then put a few basil leaves on the top. Find two pices of tin foil to wrap the wings! Put the remaining basil leaves into pan. After the chicken has been cooking for about 30 minutes, there is some grease. This grease is absolutely delicious. Find a baster and move some of the leaves on the top. When the chicken is ready, usually about an hour and a half later… zzz Pour the remaining grease into sauce pan. Add the gravy mix. Dont foul this again.,, add some water to the grease and basil leaves in a sauce pan. Sometimes if you let it be – the chicken fat will boil over – so try to save some for the beef or chicken gravy mix.
